Best Locations for a Bachelor Party

To have the ultimate bachelor party, there must be a bachelor party weekend, and that involves picking the best location possible. Bachelor parties are something that all young men look forward to. Growing up, guys regularly talk about what their bachelor party will be like and, most importantly, where it will be held. While a good time amongst men can be had almost anywhere, there are some places that stand out amongst the rest.

Bachelor Party

Oktoberfest

Though the cost of flights and accommodations will certainly deter many from heading to all the way to Munich, Germany, Oktoberfest is the Holy Grail of bachelor party locations. The atmosphere at Oktoberfest is electric, with over six million visitors over the course of seventeen days, drinking and being merry. It is a place for men to have an unbelievable time with friends and strangers from all over the world. After one weekend of enjoying the Europe’s best beer, the guys should be ready to come home and wish the groom well as he begins his married life.

Las Vegas

Las Vegas, on the other hand, is America’s playground. While Vegas can certainly get a group of guys into trouble, there is no doubt that it is the perfect American destination for a weekend of gambling, partying, and other sorts of fun. Men love to gamble and will do so on just about anything; Vegas is the place to do just that. For a relatively low cost, the accommodations are incredible, and though we have all seen what can happen when things get too out-of-hand in “The Hangover,” most guys escape Vegas with nothing but epic memories. Vegas’ little brother, Atlantic City, can be an adequate substitute for East-Coasters if the group chooses to stay at The Borgata, but make no mistake, it is nothing compared to the real thing.

Aspen

If the previous two locations seem unattainable or unappealing for whatever reason, a bachelor party ski trip is another guaranteed good time, but be sure to choose one of the many mountain towns with great nightlife. Party towns include Aspen, Mammoth, Jackson Hole, Telluride, and Squaw Valley. While Aspen is most likely going to be the most expensive of the three, excellent nightlife spots like Eric’s, the Caribou Club, and live music at Belly-Up separate it as the best ski town location for a memorable bachelor party.

Cabo, San Lucas

Cabo is a great place for the guys who love to party and love fishing. The deep sea fishing in Cabo is among the best in the world, as its waters are stocked with tuna, sailfish, grouper and wahoo. For the older bachelor parties, however, the college party crowd may be a bit much, but for those in their 20s, it is the perfect beach town for a bachelor party weekend.
