How to Make a Strawberry Banana Smoothie
It doesn’t get much easier than this! You only need a few simple ingredients:
frozen banana – be sure to peel the banana before freezing
strawberries – fresh or frozen will work
milk – I like to use unsweetened almond milk, but any milk will do
yogurt – adding a little yogurt boosts the protein and makes this smoothie more filling
honey – this is optional, but it does help balance out the tart yogurt flavor
After you gather your smoothie ingredients, just add them to your blender and blend until everything is combined and the smoothie is super creamy.
Once everything is blended and smooth, simply pour your smoothie into a glass and enjoy! I love serving mine with a stainless steel straw.
