Lean & Green Healthy Dinner Ideas

When it comes to dinner I like to keep things quick, healthy and simple by sticking with a protein and lots of veggies. I’m a big fan of any and all vegetables but green veggies are known to be the BEST in terms of nutrients so naturally I’m always looking for new recipes that have a good protein source and piles of green vegetables.

So when I was thinking about ways to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day here on EBF I decided to do a round-up of lean and green dinner recipes to give us all some ideas.
